Salmon Fish Fillet with Green Peas Mash , Green Beans and Rosemary Roasted Garlic Potatoes




A tantalizing treat guaranteed to make any Fish lover drool. This is my kind of food. A small plate loaded with taste, nutrition and a common dish done uncommonly well.
The pink salmon which is soft inside and crispy outside bathed with cream cheese salad dressing , the aromatic roasted potatoes with garlic and rosemary, the blanched and tossed green beans and a simple boiled green peas mash, it’s like a flavor explosion..isn’t it.

Salmon is one of the best sources of omega-3 fatty acids. It also provides valuable minerals. When buying salmon, look for one which smells like an ocean breeze  and not fishy. Look for bright pink skin, bright bulging eyes and firm  fresh smelling flesh. The fillets or steaks should look moist and slightly translucent , the flesh should feel resilient.

Salmon has lot of taste of its own. Hence, it does not require much spices to cook. Do not over spice it while cooking.
What You Need for the Salmon Fish Fillet :
Salmon Fish Fillet Ofcourse ..what a lame question
Salt to taste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
EVOO
Non Stick Grill Pan
All you need in heat oil in pan. Once hot, gently place the fillets in the pan which is marinated with salt and pepper and cook till its nice pink and done. Do not over cook it as salmon will dry

For the Green Peas Mash :

Boil some green peas and blend to a smooth paste with salt , curd, black pepper and 1 tsp crème cheese salad dressing
For the roasted potatoes:
Cut some new potatoes into cubes. Boil in salted water for 4 to 5 minutes. Bake at 220 degree centigrade with salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary
For the green beans:
Blanch some green beans and toss in few drops of oil with garlic and sprinkle salt from top.
