Andhra Tomato Chutney

Sometimes a table spoon of Chutney increases the apetite level of your meal. My favourite would be coriander green chili chutney during winter season.

My mother would pluck fresh coriander leaves from our kitchen garden and grind some fresh chutney in her mortar and pestel (knows as Silpua or Silbatta)

The taste which it emanates is completely different from the ones made in mixture grinder.
It was only later that I got introduced to other chutney as well. My second best chutney will be teh Andra Style Tomato chutney which goes well with anything.
It is tangy, spicy and goes well specially with Idli and Dosa.
