Rava Banana Halwa


1 ripe banana mashed
1/2 cup rava
2 tbsp ghee
3 tbsp sugar
1 + 1/2 cup water
2-3 strands of saffron
2 tbsp chopped almonds/cashew

Heat ghee in a pan.
Add rava and roast on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
Add sugar, water, raw banana, saffron and cook on low for 3-4 minutes.
Add chopped dry fruits and mix well.
Halwa is ready to serve
