Penne Pasta with oyestor mushroom in Red Creamy Sauce


2 cups pasta boiled as per packet instructions
1 cup dried oyestor mushroom put in boiled water for 5 mins
1/4th cup boiled corn
2 tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp full cream
1 tbsp grated cheese
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp dry mint leaves
1 tsp crushed pepper powder
salt to taste
sugar to taste
7-8 crushed garlic


Heat oil in pan.
Add crushed garlic and oregano.
Add tomato puree and cook for a minute.
Add cooked pasta
Add mushrooms, corn , salt and sugar to taste
Add creme, crushed pepper powder, crushed dry mint leaves.
Add grated cheese and mix well.
Serve.
