Bombay Sandwich



Green Chutney (mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger , salt to taste and lemon juice grind to paste with little water)
Cucumber slices and peeled and sliced
Tomato slices
Boiled potatoes, peeled and slices
Freshly crushed black pepper
salt to taste
Honey
Butter to toast
Brown Bread Slices

Apply green chutney on the inner part of bread.
Place 2 slices of cucumber, tomato and potato evenly.
Sprinkle crushed black pepper powder
Spread 1/2 tsp of honey
Apply butter on the outer sides on bread and grill till the bread turns golden brown and crisp.
Serve with ketchup
