Macaroni is White Sauce


1 cup macaroni
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp parsley
½ cup boiled corn
1/4th cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 cup white sauce ( cook 1 tbsp maida in 1 tbsp butter and then add milk stirring continuously to prevent lumps. Cook for 5 minutes on low flame)

To prepare:

Cook macaroni as per instructions.
Heat oil in a pan. Add crushed garlic and boiled corn.
Add chili flakes, macaroni, rosemary, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper and mix well.
Add White sauce and switch off the flame. Add grated cheese.
Serve Hot



2 cups white melon cut into small pieces
1/4th cup lobia soaked for 8 hours and cooked in pressure cooker with 1/4th tsp salt and 1 glass water for 15 minutes

1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 strand of curry leaves
1 green chili slit
1/2 cup coconut milk

Method to cook:

Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chili.
Add whilte melon and laubia.
Add salt if required. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on low.
Open lid, add coconut milk .Add water if required.
Cover and cook for another two minutes.
Serve with Rice/Roti/Parotha

Tomato Cheese Omelet


2 eggs
1 small onion chopped
1 small tomato chopped
1 green chili chopped
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp grated cheese
salt aand pepper to taste

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Beat everything together. Add the beaten egg to the pan. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Open the lid, flip the egg and cook on other side.

Omelet is ready to serve
