Mutton Kolhapuri







Ingredients :
3 tsp Kolhapuri Masala
500 gms Mutton Cubes
2 small tomato
2 medium size onion
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Method to cook:
Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
Puree tomato and onion together and add it to the cooker once oil is hot.
Cook till raw smell of onion and tomato disappears
Add Kolhapuri Masala to it and mix well.
Add mutton cubes. Mix the masala well with mutton.
Add 1 cup of water, salt and put the lid on.
Cook Mutton on High till you hear one whistle. Lower the flame and cook for 25-30 minutes more.
Switch off the flame and allow pressure to drop.
Serve hot with Rice.
