Mixed Vegetable Paratha



Ingredients:
Atta Dough
1 cup beans
1 cup cauliflower
I cup green peas
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
Oil for cooking

Method to cook:
Put the vegetables in food processor and grate coarsely.
Cook in 1 tbsp oil with turmeric, red chilli powder and salt until it loses all its moisture.
Mix coriander leaves and allow the stuffing to cool down.
Stuff into Lemon Size Atta Dough , roll out into thin parathas.
Cook on both sides applying ghee.
