Hyderabadi Okra Fry



Ingredients:

250 grams Okra, cut into 1 inch long pieces and then slit into 4 thin strips

3 tbsp curd

2 tbsp besan

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp coriander powder

Salt to taste Oil for frying

Method to cook:

Mix everything well except oil Heat oil in a kadai.

Add 3-4 bhindi coated with besan, curd and spices.

Cook till it turns brown. Serve hot
