Potato Salad

Ingredients :
1 potato boiled and cubes
1 tomato chopped
1 onion chopped
1 tsp mango powder
1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp pepper
Salt to taste
Juice on one lime

Method :
Dry roast potatoes in tawa till slightly brown on all sides.
Mix all above ingredients.
Add lime juice. Serve with meals
