Coconut-Coriander-Chickpea Chutney

The coconut chutney is very simple to make which goes well with Dosa and Idlis
1 cup chick pea soaked oevrnite
2 table spoon coriander leaves
1 table spoon mint leaves
3 green chilies
1 cup grated coconut
1 cup curd
Grind all the above ingredients to make a fine paste.
For Tadka :
2 dry red chilies
1 table spoon oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
4-5 curry leaves
A pinch of Hing
Heat oil, add the above ingredients and add the tadka to the coconut chutney. You can a little water if the mixture is too thick.
